Who I Am

I am an emerging Director of Photography based in Milan (Italy), currently specializing in advertising and commercials.

I combine a strong cinematographic foundation with advanced expertise in color grading, ensuring total control over the image pipeline.

Beyond traditional lighting, I integrate AI workflows into visual production to expand creative possibilities and enhance texture and mood, always maintaining a grounded, photographic aesthetic.

Hybrid Production & Cinematography

I integrate the most recent AI tools into physical production for advanced pre-visualization.
By simulating lighting setups and moods via AI, I design the cinematography virtually, drastically reducing trial-and-error on set and ensuring a precise translation from concept to camera.

Beyond that, I maintain a relentless focus on Research and Development and real-world application of AI within the audiovisual landscape.

I am currently testing fully synthetic commercials: I apply the discipline of the set to the generative process by treating the AI engine as a virtual sensor, ensuring that even entirely generated content respects the optical characteristics and organic feel of high-end cinematography.

AI McDonald’s Spec Ad

Unofficial spec advertisement for McDonald’s, entirely created using Generative AI.
The project focuses on cinematography-driven choices, exploring how through AI we can reinterpret the visual language of high-end food advertising.

AI Amazon Spec Ad

Unofficial spec advertisement for Amazon, entirely created using Generative AI.
The project is approached from a cinematographer’s perspective, with primary focus on camera language, lens behavior, lighting continuity, texture response, and visual pacing.
Significant work was dedicated to maintaining photographic consistency across shots, ensuring spatial and tonal continuity, and shaping a coherent, disciplined visual narrative that holds a professional, film-driven standard throughout.

AI Volvo Spec Ad

Unofficial spec advertisement for Volvo, entirely created using Generative AI.
A major part of the work was dedicated to achieving true automotive realism: consistent reflections, grounded contact with the road, natural pacing, and a photographic language that feels engineered rather than simulated. This experiment hints at how the future of classic advertising may shift: from production scale alone to the precision of visual intention, where realism, discipline, and cinematic control become the new currency of credibility.

There is still plenty of potential for refinement.
